Bugaboo no.2 by Bas Kosters Studio

The Story

Bas Kosters was offered total freedom in designing the legendary Bugaboo Chameleon covered with a print of hand made dolls. Making this “ African doll” wagon Bas was inspired on the work by Africa and the art and culture of the country. The African dolls are designed in a detailed 3D print cover the entire wagon.

Bas: Bugaboo was my first collaboration, so this was very special to me. Working together with Bugaboo and their progressive way of working was very inspiring to me. I was very happy to start jet another project with them, it created a second chapter to my portfolio and brought new depth to my work as a fashion and doll designer.
